Experience with data and platform security
- Designed the control framework for a group wide digital platform based around the SOC 2 and CSA CCM frameworks. This covered all levels of data classification (including PII) and catered for both globally distributed data and users.
- Devised a bespoke, configurable data protection process at the ingestion layer for feeds where there was an increased risk of PII being present.
- Multi-year experience liaising with CISOs and DLP SMEs on the design and implementation of custom compensating controls (eg MFA on CLI user endpoints).
- Coordinated with risk control colleagues on reviewing platform security hygiene reports to ensure compliance with internal SDLC security standards.
